Amazon seems to be on a roll after their recent Unlimited Amazon Cloud Drive (Deer, 2015, March 29) packages, as one of their product partners, Toshiba, though maybe they’d throw in as deal of their own.
Trust me, this is a deal.
Not only is this the cheapest for a 1TB External Portable USB 3.0 Hard-drive, but it comes base of ANY bloatware. The specs are also very basic too, as at 5,400 rpm with an average seek time of 12m this is a fairly slow mechanical Hard-drive.
But when you consider that fact that Toshiba has plan to go into 3D V-NAND Technology (Deer, 2015, March 30) for their SSD (Solid Stated Drives) by the Fourth Quarter of 2015, then expect to see more price drops for External Portable Hard-drives in the future.
This, folks, is just the beginning….
